It's a lovely place at the centre of Lisbon and very cheap. If you are on low budget and you are looking for a nice place to stay, then this place is for you.

Location for the price you are paying is amazing. It is only 10 minutes from blue and green line and 5-6 from yellow line. The room itself is ok in size, it has one window and plenty of light. It can be very cold as there is no heating in the whole apartment. In addition, you will sleep on a sponge (not a mattress) and the whole place is really dirty (nobody is in charge for regular cleaning). As consequence, there are cockroaches. During my stay (5 months) I've killed/seen over 30 of them. The landlord is not really interested in solving this problem, and the flatmates are either used to this or also don't care. Flatmates (not all of them) don't clean after themselves (leaving dirty dishes, clutter etc), usually take your stuff and use them and there are no major communication between us. If you are on a strict budget, take the room. I've been living there with these conditions for 5 months, but if you want to save your nerves and have a nice stay, avoid this place.
