Another advantage of the property, which any student will appreciate, is the proximity to different schools and universities, such as the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa and the valued Instituto Superior Técnico de Lisboa. The apartment consists of six bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and two common bathrooms. It is important that you know that, in addition to the weekly cleaning of the common areas, there is a biweekly cleaning of rooms with sheets. As a resident, you are directly responsible for the actions of any guest you bring to the property, and as such, you will be responsible for any damage that may occur.
