If you are not a student, the NIF is mandatory. From the front door of this building, you can see the Instituto Superior Técnico (IST). Inside, there are six furnished bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a small dining room. This six bedroom apartment is near the metro station and is located in a central area of Lisbon! Room 6 is a double ensuite bedroom. You may check-in from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.. Outside of business hours, weekends and holidays a fee of €34.99 will be applied.
