I'm absolutely happy and satisfied with my new apartment. The communication with the landloard before my arrival was fantastic! He directly responded to all of my emails and responded to all questions and concerns I had. He arranged a renting contract which is absolutely useful for both sides. When I arrived in Lissbon, the landloard picked me up from the airport, brought me to the apartment and showed me my new home as well as the neighboorhood. The apartment is perfect: It's new, very clean, offers all necessary equipment and has a great location for students visiting Católica. So far, my experiences were amazing!
