Há uma grande sala de estar onde você pode relaxar, estudar, assistir tv ou é tão grande que você também pode decidir torná-la sua sala de jantar, mesmo que haja também uma sala de jantar separada, caso você prefira usá-la para refeições ou mesmo como uma sala de estudo. Existem dois banheiros, o principal com dois chuveiros e um social para ser compartilhado por todos os inquilinos.
