The place has very nice light and it is comfortable. The location is very nice but the property is a bit old. The structure is done outside the building, with pre-built materials which makes it very cold in winter and hot in summer. It is humid and we had electrical problems constantly. We also had problems with the kitchen sink, that the landlord did not solve very well, so might happen again. Furniture was new and comfortable. WiFi is shared so internet is pretty slow.
