Este apartamento localizado numa zona excelente, perto da estação de metro da Alameda e do Instituto Superior Técnico é definitivamente um em mil. Você pode dizer que não é um típico apartamento de estudantes - tem máquina de lavar loiça e aquecimento central ! O apartamento possui quatro quartos espaçosos, dois banheiros, uma cozinha totalmente equipada e uma sala de estar. Todo o apartamento tem chão de madeira, todas as janelas têm vidros duplos e mobiliário moderno. Vai realmente fazer você se sentir em casa! House&room exactly like the pictures. 3’ away from Alameda metro station, many bus stations, IST 5’ away and ISCTE within 35’by metro. Only drawback: Some of the kitchen utensils, especially the most common pots for cooking were already overused. Lana, Bulut, Aurora, if you read this ily&miss u.

The apartment was situated in good locality (15 min from Tecnico). I was satisfied with room and equipment in whole flat. The biggest problem was lack of heating (only 2 hours in the morning and evening - but it is normal in Portugal) and our neighbor was so noisy due to his sickness.
