Apartment well located next to Universidade Nova and NATO. The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, as well as bed and bath towels. A weekly cleaning is included in the price. There is a bus stop nearby and a taxi stand. Oeiras station is a 10m walk away, or you can go directly on the bus. On site there is a shopping center with a supermarket open every day from 8:30 to 21:00, as well as a pharmacy, beauty salons, stationery and some restaurants. The seafront is 200 meters away with a route of about 10 km always close to the sea, excellent for those who like hiking. The Oeiras marina is a 10-minute walk along the seafront, where you can find several restaurants. Parking at Alameda is paid and costs 1 day. Free parking is available on nearby streets. Check-in times at the house start at 4 in the afternoon, and the check out is done until 11 in the morning. If no damage occurs and the tenants leave on schedule, the security deposit is returned in full. It is returned within 48 hours after the house is inspected and cleaned. If there are outstanding accounts, the amount is retained.
