Located between Areeiro and Almeda, this guest house is set on various transport lines and shopping areas. You can relax or jogging in nearby green areas, and you will be in a well-connected area that will make you be close to almost everything you need to enjoy a fantastic stay abroad. One of the places of higher education nearby, is the Instituto Superior Técnico. This bright apartment contains two well decorated bedrooms, one of which is for rent, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary equipment to make basic cooking recipes, as a modern bathroom. The atmosphere of this apartment is very pleasant, making you feel welcome in your new home. For overnight room visits I show some flexibility as soon as a relationship of trust with the tenant is established.
