I enjoyed my 5 months stay in this place. I studied at ISCTE and I could go there walking. The house is also really close to IST in Alameda.The metro station Arreiro is just 5 min walking and well connected to the city center. Many supermarkets pharmacies and shops of every type are all around the area. I strongly reccomend this room with a private bathroom. The kitchen well fournished an you can find everything you may needThe building is very quiet too.
