Vista ampla e agradável sobre campo e edifícios antigos. Arrecadação à parte para arrumo de malas. Cozinha ampla e equipada com eletrodomésticos elétricos. Hall de entrada acolhedor. Pavimento flutuante em madeira confortável. Janelas com vidros duplos. Tem um quarto de armazenamento para bolsas e outros itens grandes. Em localização privilegiada às portas de Lisboa, perto de transportes autocarros e a 7 minutos a pé do metro, a 2 minutos do eixo Norte/Sul e a 15 minutos do Aeroporto. Comércio diverso na proximidade Farmácia, padaria, supermercado, restaurantes, entre outros. Custo mensal fixo 95 euros por inquilino de despesas. Apesar de aparecer um cão nas fotos, não há nenhum animal de estimação na propriedade.
