Transcend to a Saharan escape from the comfort of Lisbons Campo de Ourique neighbourhood with this flat. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offers an unmatched location in one of Lisbons most historic neighbourhoods. Campo de Ourique was one of the few neighbourhoods to survive the 1755 Earthquake, meaning a rich tradition of preserved architecture and classic-Portuguese streets. Back inside, the apartment exudes desert-like bliss throughout all 110 square meters. Modernity is the theme of the flats grand entrance. Through the front door, guests will find an open-concept dining and kitchen area, coated in exquisite marbles and upscale materials. To the left is a spacious four-person dining set. Before heading upstairs, step into a luxurious concept of a kitchen space next to the dining area. The marble flooring partitions the space and invites guests to fully utilise the modern appliances and kitchenware. Stepping further into the space reveals the living area. A mixture of greenery and Saharan-style geometric patterns adds a design edge to the living room. Just beyond the salon, guests are invited to head outdoors onto the 20-square-meter patio. At the front of the patio is the second dining space, this time offering a more rustic, tree-lined experience. Two chaise lounges allow for a perfect sun-soaked escape. Back towards the entryway, the all-glass balustrade guides guests upstairs. Straight ahead is the first bedroom. Boasting in design, a Moorish arch functions as a desk to create a dedicated workspace to the right of the room. At the other end is the queen-sized bed wrapped in plush textiles. The left wall is lined with built-in closet space. The door to the left of the stairs is the detached bathroom. A gray marble covers the flooring, vanity space, and walk-in shower. At the end of the hall is the final bedroom. To the immediate right is the ensuite bathroom. Mirroring the aesthetics of the attached bathroom, this space offers an equally captivating design, complete with a walk-in shower. The end of the bedroom hall reveals the multi-functional space with an elongated workstation to the left and a regal queen-sized bed to the right. The room reigns in natural light with two double doors leading to a Juliet balcony. This apartment comes equipped with ducted air system for absolute comfort. All bedding and linens are provided. Pet fee is 250 EUR.
