O apartamento é composto por um piso (parte dele esconço) composto por sala, WC e kitchette, dispondo ainda de uma pequena varanda com vista para a Rua de São Bento. No piso superior com um pequeno quarto e acesso a partir da sala por umas pequenas escadas. Estúdio mobilado e equipado com placa, microondas, frigorifíco e máquina de lavar roupa. Ideal para 1 pessoa, poderá ter 2 se a duração não for longa
