Located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, very close (15 minutes on foot) to the historic center of Cascais, and with free public parking, you couldn't choose a better place to enjoy your holidays or business trip. The apartment is situated on the ground floor, which is at the level of the 1st floor, as there are a few steps to access from the street to the building and a few more steps after entering the building to reach the apartment door. These are not challenging stairs for those with reduced mobility or baby strollers. Upon entering the apartment, a spacious and bright hallway with a desk connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen. It's a large and open space with a very comfortable leisure area with international TV channels and a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. There's also a balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy a meal outdoors or simply relax. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing and drying machine, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and blender. On the other side of the house, there is the bedroom area. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other bedroom has two single beds (90x200), side by side. There is another full bathroom with a shower that supports this room. There is also a drying rack, ironing board, iron, and a hairdryer. Bed linens, towels, dishes, and cutlery are included. The entire house has double-glazed windows, air conditioning, electric blinds, and the internet connection is fiber optic. The neighborhood where the apartment is located is very quiet and friendly, with cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket within a radius of 500 meters. The historic center of Cascais is 1 km away, about a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive. Parking in the area is public and free.
