The apartment, modern and cozy, completely renovated, has a small patio with a beautiful olive tree. It is located at Rua Amadeu de Sousa Cardoso (famous modernist painter) nº51 in Lisbon, in a building with typical Lisbon architecture from the 1940s. The apartment is fully furnished and has all the amenities, from the bedroom to the kitchen, so that you feel truly at home. At 1 minute from home there are bakeries, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants and typical grocery stores, as well as the wonderful Avelar Brotero Garden and its kiosk. A 5-minute walk away has one of the most beautiful views over the Tagus River, at the Miradouro de Santo Amaro. In a 10-minute walk away is the LX Factory, a hub of restaurants, portuguese brand stores and co-working space. Less than 15 minutes away is the Passeio Carlos do Carmo to walk, or go for a run, alongside the Tagus River. To get in touch with nature, a 20-minute walk away is the Monsanto Forest Park and the Ajuda Botanical Garden. Transport is less than a minute away from the apartment, with an average of 18 minutes to Belém (and the famous custard tarts) and Mosteiro dos Jerónimos; to Cais do Sodré it´s 18 to 20 minutes; to Chiado it´s 25 to 30 minutes.
