Perfect for students at IADE (10 min walk), Universidade Lusíadas and Belas Artes da Faculdade de Lisboa. The house itself is spacious and well equipped, with 9 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking meals, such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and a washing machine. All bills are included up to 25 euros. Pillows, duvet and bed sheets are not provided. How does our Reservation Process work: After booking your room, the landlord will email you requesting necessary documents to prepare your contract. Once submitted and signed, your reservation progresses. Before your stay, you'll be asked to make the final payment for the last month's rent, deposit, and entry fee (if applicable). Check-In Details: Check-ins are Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, and Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. No check-ins on Sundays and bank holidays.
