Each room is fully furnished with a single bed (140cm x 200cm), bedside table, desk, lamp, and wardrobe. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and offer an open, unobstructed view. You'll also have everything you need from day one — towels, bed linen, duvet, plates, cutlery, glasses, and more. Utilities (water, gas, electricity) are included up to €30/month per tenant, and high-speed internet is also covered. Weekly cleaning services are available as an extra. If you're looking for a modern, move-in-ready space in one of Lisbon’s most central and well-connected areas, this could be your new home. Please note that the shared bathroom is used by four rooms.

The room was exactly as in the photoes, in the common area there was even the dishwasher although not showed among the features of the house! The same for the cleaning lady! Excellent!
