Each space is fully furnished with a single bed, a high-quality mattress, two sets of bed linen and towels, a four-season duvet, a bedspread, and a pillow with cover. You will also find a wardrobe, a desk with a chair and lamp, a bedside lamp, and—in some rooms—a cosy reading armchair. The rent includes television, unlimited high-speed internet, and regular cleaning services, as well as water and electricity up to £50 per month per room. Any usage above this allowance is shared fairly among the tenants. The shared living room provides the ideal place to unwind or socialise, complete with a dining table, chairs, armchairs, and a television. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house without limits. Our fully equipped kitchen features a fridge with freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, crockery, glasses, cutlery, and all the essential cooking utensils, from pots and pans to knives. More than just a room, this is a home designed to make your stay comfortable, convenient, and welcoming from the very first day.
