Vienes a Madrid a estudiar y necesitas un lugar tranquilo donde quedarte Luego ve por este en Fuente del Berro, cerca del barrio de Salamanca. El chalet tiene cinco habitaciones y tres baños. También hay dos cocinas, una de ellas para uso exclusivo de los inquilinos, y una sala de estar, con acceso restringido. Las tres habitaciones disponibles son coloridas, cómodas y están bien amuebladas. Los gastos de calefacción, luz, agua e internet de fibra óptica están incluídos en el precio. La vivienda es tranquila y tiene entrada independiente para los inquilinos.. Estarás cerca de las estaciones de metro ODonnell, Ventas y Manuel Becerra, así que no te resultará difícil explorar la ciudad! NOTA: Cambio semanal de sábanas y toallas. Con limpieza de habitación. El baño se suele limpiar a diario, excepto fines de semana y festivos. La cocina se hace un repaso semanal Se hace también una lavadora con su ropa personal.
