I stayed in this room for 3 months and it was a wonderful stay. The best part of the apartment is the location: city centre is just a 10 min walk away. Delia really made my staying comfortable and pleasant, she takes great care of her hosts and tries to help with whatever need. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect! Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops around. It is also close to two metros so very easy to get to any other location in Madrid. The flat is nice and there is everything you might need. The host is a very friendly lady and easy to get along with. Thanks! 😊

Wow! I really cannot fully articulate how wonderful my last six months in Madrid were while living with Delia (the landlady). The home is situated in a perfect location, just minutes away from great bars, food, and thrift stores. In the morning there's a families walking about, lots of cute little dogs, and a bunch of bakeries to choose from. The flat is really cute and Delia does a great job making sure everything is clean. You get your own space in the kitchen and bathroom and during the hot months Delia provided me with a fan/ air conditioning unit. Delia is such a wonderful, kind woman and she truly made my experience in Spain so much more memorable. She's a great roommate and very understanding landlady. I was able to develop a wonderful friendship with her, and she greatly helped me in my quest to learn Spanish. I would definitely live here again and 100% recommend her to anyone!
