Once your reservation is paid, you will receive a single welcome email from your landlord with all the information and instructions you need and where you will be asked for personal documentation and bank details to complete the rental agreement. If the landlord does not receive all the necessary documentation previously requested by email and payment of the full amount before check in, he will have to pay an additional 181.50 EUR (this may vary) for a last-minute contract. Days before the move-in, they will contact you to set the check-in time. ATTENTION: If the reservation is made ON THE SAME DAY, check-in must take place at least 48 HOURS LATER.
