El alojamiento está situado cerca de la estación de metro de Callao, en una zona muy bien atendida-, encajando varias zonas comerciales, restaurantes y bares de la zona. Este apartamento, listo con suelos de madera, cuenta con habitaciones fabulosamente decoradas, un salón amueblado, cocina equipada, listo con todo lo que te exigen para cocinar sus comidas caseras, y dos cuartos de baño también. Si procedes de un país extracomunitario se pedirá el visado al realizar la solicitud de reserva. Se realizará un contrato de 12 meses, pero si el inquilino cumple con al menos 5 meses de reserva, la fianza será reembolsada.
