In one of the best areas of Madrid, the house is very central and very well connected, with an area of shops and supermarkets. Bars and restaurants of all kinds in the area, however the house is very quiet since it is interior. Malasaña is an area of many students. Thanks to its wide wall construction, it is very warm in winter and cool in summer. The facade of the apartment is being remodeled, so people will be opening the entire apartment. It is a ground floor and has a pleasant patio that gives light to the house, access to the patio is from the room that has a 1.40 bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed.
