I like the room as well as the house so much. It is very convenient and full of utilities needed for living. The landlady is extraordinary. She is very caring, helpful, kind and supportive. My flatmates are amazing. We spend time gathering together in the kitchen and balcony. I recommend this house.

Wonderful place, instant feeling of being at home! So cozy! Quiet evenings on the balcony with a glass of wine, or fun movie nights in the living room, sleepy mornings in the kitchen and talks with my flatmates over coffee. It was hard to leave the place, got very attached to Casa Pellegrino. From the practical aspect - bus stops are insanely close to the apartment, buses come very frequently, and it takes around 13min to get to the city center (I would leave the house no sooner than 30min before my lecture starts). The place is very spacious and this specific room has morning sun, which makes the room very light during day and helps the sleepy to get up in the morning. Bed is very comfy - hard mattress, good for the back. Next to the apartment (approx.4min walk) is Conad, the local supermarket (very friendly prices). And nearby there is also a bike path, which is good for running/jogging, too.

The size of the appartement and room is quite large. Thereby, the location was very convenient. The bus stop Villa Laura is a 2 minutes walk from the appartement. There is a quite large park nearby and the city center is about 20 minutes by bus. There are some minor downsides to the appartement: The bathroom drains do not run freely and the bathroom itself is not in perfect condition. The appartement is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. There is no airconditioning or fan. Those are the only few downsides I found. I had a great stay there and would gladly recommend the appartement to people!
