L'appartamento è al penultimo piano, luminosissimo, da poco ristrutturato e dotato di tutti i comfort, dispone di un'ampia cucina con balcone e due spaziosi bagni, lavasciuga, forno a microonde. lo stabile è signorile e ordinato, con servizio di portineria tutto il giorno. Ci troviamo in CITTA' STUDI. Ogni dipartimento del Politecnico è raggiungibile a piedi e la metropolitana verde si trova a 200mt. Autobus 93, 33, 19, 45 sotto casa e tutti i tipi di servizi comodamente fruibili a piedi. Per la stipula del contratto è richiesto il codice fiscale italiano. In caso di disdetta, è richiesto un preavviso di almeno due mesi.
