Our facility is a hotel residence subject to hotel legislation and as such we cannot enter into traditional or temporary rental contracts for registration purposes. The Top White Suite is a newly built unit equipped with a single sofa bed that can be converted into a large double bed, single bed, or two single beds to meet all your accommodation needs. The living area is very bright thanks to a window and a French window equipped with electric shutters. The bathroom has cream-colored wall coverings and high-quality accessories with wall-mounted sanitary fixtures. The electrical system is equipped with controlled sockets for turning a floor lamp on and off. In the bathroom, the lights are turned on and off by a motion sensor. New curtains, custom-made by an upholsterer, have been installed in the living room. The equipment includes a wall-mounted Sony 4K LCD TV, a kitchen complete with refrigerator and freezer, induction hobs, a built-in washing machine, a microwave and a safe.
