Energy class E. The apartment consists of: entrance hall, corridor, 4 separate bedrooms, large furnished and equipped kitchen with adjoining balcony, 2 bathrooms, one with shower. The bedrooms are equipped with heat pumps and TV sockets. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished with queen-size or double beds, lighting, wardrobe, dresser, desk, bookcase, shoe rack, chairs, and other furniture. The kitchen, shared with other guests, is equipped with a table and chairs, new appliances: gas stove with oven, refrigerator, washing machine, and TV. It is also equipped with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Water, electricity, and gas (cylinder) are not included and are charged according to consumption.
