Room was perfectly fine, no problems to speak of. Stayed in a single room, included a sink, mirror, desk, chair, drawers, hangers and (obviously) a single bed. Small bar of soap, small sachet of shampoo and two clean towels provided free on move in. Location was once again nothing to complain about. Located super close (3 mins walk) to Simplon metro, served by line 4, which has connections for anywhere in Paris. Also right next to the Simplon bus stop, also served by the Noctilien (night bus) service N14 for after metro closing. Big Carrefour supermarket 5 mins walk away, many takeaways and boulageries etc. In an area with a lot of minorities (Arabs and black Africans mostly), which was fine by me (lots of new and delicious food to taste!) but I guess there are some people that might want to know that. I paid 600 euros per month for a single room which is good for central Paris; however, there is no kitchen for cooking (although the staff will warm up a ready meal for you) and no common room. I would have preferred to have a kitchen/anywhere to cook really, and I didn't know this before signing the contract - if I had I wouldn't have done so. However, this isn't the fault of the people working there who were as accommodating and friendly as possible (they even gave me my own kettle to have in my room to make myself tea bless them). Toilets (3 altogether, 1 each floor) are fine and cleaned regularly. Showers (2 altogether, 1 first floor, 1 second floor) always had hot water and were around 1.25m2 at a guess. However it should be noted that the shower takes up the entire room with no separate space to get changed, meaning you either have to get changed in the shower or run back to your room in a towel.
