The check in is possible only during Weekdays and Saturday from 9am until 6pm. Please note, you must transfer the deposit and the admin fee to the landlord within 1 week once your request is confirmed through Uniplaces platform . The deposit is 1 month rent for bookings up to 5 months. From 6 months onwards, the deposit is 2 months' rent. The admin fee depends on the duration of the booking : 1-5 months is 40 percent of 1 month's rent 5-10 months is 60 percent of 1 months rent and staying 10 months or more is 75 percent of 1 months rent. Furthermore, it's mandatory to send the tenancy agreement together with requested documents : ID / Passport/ Work contract/ University acceptance letter if applicable/ Recent paychecks/ Last tax declaration/ Guarantor documentation, ID or passport with recent payslips and proof of address and/or rent receipt, certificate from your previous landlord, etc. The check in is possible only during weekdays from 10am until 3pm. CAF/APL accepted. Your landlord speaks: English, French, Korean. Payment method: bank transfer, credit card payment, automatic monthly payment. As per the French law a home insurance will be asked at the latest upon check in, landlord can help you get it if needed. Exit inventory fee may apply for rentals of less than one year the amount is specified before the contract is signed. Your landlord does not live on the property.
