The flat offers 4 bedrooms with a mix of university students from all over the world. U. Catolica, IPAM, ISAG, ESAD, CEIIA Universities all within a radius of 3 kms or 10 minutes by bus. It's also a short 15 minute walk to the beaches and oceanfront coffee shops and restaurants. All necessary shops located within 3 minutes walking, the bus stop at 150meters with the Supermarket 100 meters distance. There is a private terrace of 100m2 and belongs to the flat, so in nice weather you have a place to sit outside to relax, socialize, play badminton, volleyball or kick a football around.
