An excellent option for your stay in Porto! Inserted in a condominium with garden and several apartments for students, with excellent location, this house has easy access to the Universities Fernando Pessoa, Portucalense and Campus Universitário. You will find supermarkets, cafés, banks, pharmacies and shops within walking distance. Public transport 200 meters. The house is very comfortable and has been recently renovated. On the ground floor, you will find a modern kitchen, where you can prepare your meals. There is also a living room and a toilet. The 2 bedrooms are located on the top floor. There is an outdoor area with a common patio and garden. You will have access to a washing machine. Visits are allowed according to the established rules. There will be weekly visits which include preventive maintenance of the spaces. The security deposit 1 rent 50 must be paid on the day the contract is signed. The whole process is automatic and online.
