Moved out in January 2018 · 20 to 29 years · PostgraduateI didn't like this place at all and I was out of there in less than a weekend. The apartment is anything but modern. The kitchen appliances are outdated, the bathroom is really old, Wi-Fi and cables were disconnected and the closet in the bedroom looked like it was about to fall apart. Does not give you value for money.

Moved out in July 2017 · 20 to 29 years · UndergraduateThe location is great, it isn't amazing, but it is great and the overall building was well maintained and safe. The neighbors are not the best but they could be worse. On another good note all rooms were decent and had great potential. Overall the equipment was either cheap and fragile or plain old and overused. The fridge was ridiculously small and the kitchen balcony was badly constructed. The TV although big is old and outdated, the internet, as said above, was the single worst nightmare we had during our stay. The building is old and therefore this house is extremely hot in the summer and terrifyingly cold in the winter, believe me when I say this is a big deal. Prepare yourself for an average 70€ on electricity during winter time, there's no way around it. This also leads to some humidity accumulating in the walls, an issue that the landlord apparently did not care about, as we communicated this problem several times and were mostly ignored. There was a closet that even the people handling the house said they would persuade the landlord to substitute due to it being old and mostly falling apart, needless to say nothing was done about it.
