It is aimed at calm, non-smoking students or interns who comply with accommodation standards, who appreciate silence, cleanliness and respect and who do not have the front there is a kitchenette for use only by the 2 residents with bedrooms in the front, as well as a full bathroom. Room A/1 has a small private bathroom only with toilet and washbasin and the bathroom with shower is shared with the resident of room B/2. The other 3 residents have their own kitchen and bathrooms at the back of the apartment, next to their bedrooms. They only share the common room. Very calm environment with no overnight visitors.
