É mesmo na baixa da cidade e tem muitas áreas comerciais, lojas, cafés, restaurantes típicos e pontos de interesse noturnos. Aqui, encontrarás, também, ligações de transporte para qualquer lugar na cidade e viverás perto da margem do rio Douro. More about the contractThe location was very good except because it's extremely noisy (the street is full of bars outings). In general the property wasn't isolated at all (neither acustically nor thermally). The bathroom was really damaged and the landlord spent 6 months saying it'll fixes it but it never happened.
