4 rooms in totalThis cozy apartment is an excellent option for your stay in Porto! Great location - Paranhos - with easy access to Fernando Pessoa, Portucalense and University Campus Universities. You will find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, banks and shops within walking distance. Public transport 200 m away - direct line to the University Pole. The apartment is comfortable and has been recently renovated. It features a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with separate shower and toilet areas, 3 bedrooms. There is an outdoor area with a garden where you can use a washing machine. In the condominium there are other student apartments which will allow a quick integration into the life of Porto! Visits are allowed according to the Owner's rules.There will be weekly visits which include preventive maintenance of the spaces. The security deposit 1 rent 50 must be paid on the day the contract is signed. The whole process is automatic and online.
