Situado numa zona com todos os serviços essenciais, como supermercado, lavanderia, restauração, transportes e parques de estacionamento, existindo também vários espaços de cowork. Requisitos: documento de identificação oficial, comprovativo de IBAN e assinatura de contrato de arrendamento, pagamento da caução e da última renda no dia de entrada.
