Bright and spacious 2 bedrooms apartment in one of Porto’s most exclusive neighborhoods. It is located on the 3rd and last floor and has a private parking. It's located next to Serralves Museum of Contemporary Art and Gardens near the beach and the beautiful City Park. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed, a big wardrobe, a balcony and a desk. The other has two beds and a spacious wardrobe. There’s a bathroom with a shower next to the rooms and a toilet near the living-room. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, toaster and boiler). There’s a laundry room next to the kitchen with a washing machine. The living and dining room is also spacious. There's a smart-TV and free Wi-Fi all over the house. The apartment is on the 3rd and last floor. There's no lift, only stairs. There’s private parking for one car next to the building. The apartment is located in a premium area of Porto, 4 minutes walk to Serralves Museum of Contemporary Art and Gardens, 25 minutes walk (through a beautiful neighbourhood full of trees) to the sea and beach (Foz) and 5 minutes by car. It’s a 15 minutes drive to the city centre and a 20 minutes drive from the airport. There are restaurants and cafés in the neighbourhood and trendy shops. There’s a bus stop near the apartment to the city centre and a supermarket 10 minutes walk from the apartment. In Foz you will find the beaches and plenty of terrasses to enjoy lunch or a drink at sunset and many restaurants. That’s where locals go for a run or a bike ride.
