Iconic 1 Bedroom House with a heated swimming pool close to hiking area

This is our motto. 15 minutes drive from the beach and the city of Vila do Conde. 40 minutes drive form Oporto. 40 minutes walk form Cividade de Bagunte, an archeological site on the hill. The first floor of our farmhouse Quinta da Runa, with a view of the cornfields, was carefully decorated by us with industrial deco style. We finished the renovation works on december 2024. It has one bedroom, one bathroom with a big shower, a very big living room where we can put extra beds or mattresses, that has a big dinning table.Outside we also have barbecue, an irrigation tank that we converted into a swimming poo with heated water. We have a small market place, a bakery and typical restaurante up our street.
