Very nice single bedroom near the Prague Main Station

These apartments are located at Prague 3 in a 5-story building. Each apartment has 5 or 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, and a spacious seating area. Amazing apartments features a nice furniture, a fully equipped kitchen to cook comfortably, simply put, a lovely long-term stay! Please notice the deposit corresponds to 2 months rent and is required before arrival. If a tenant cancels more than one month before the start of the contract, we return full the security deposit. Guests policy: Guests are allowed till midnight without any prior notice.  For an overnight guest, - a fee is applied. Semestrial contract - minimum length of stay of 5 months, the reservations can begin at the latest on the 1st of September for the period until the end of January or on the first of February for the period until the end of June.
