The security deposit and the admin fee have to be paid by bank transfer 48h after the booking confirmation. This is because the accommodation provider is a company according to their rules and the Italian law regulations to prepare the contract. Uniplaces guarantees that this is a trusted Landlord. In order to sign the contract, the guest needs the following documentation: Italian tax code Proof of the university enrolment or work contract Residence Permit The last month rent must be paid at the check-in and it's non refundable. The deposit will be refunded within 15 days after check out in case there are no damages and if you leave on the agreed move-out date. The check-in is allowed Monday to Saturday from 10am until 8pm. The check-in is not allowed out of these times nor on Sundays.
