Our idea has always been to create an environment that could put the student at the center, providing him with all the comforts and the possibility of creating a small community already inside the villa.The villa is very large, we have bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, hobby room, gym, study rooms, laundry. the added value are the internal and external common spaces offer a nice comfort, the common area with table tennis, table football, gym and cinema room, WIFI throughout the hotel, study room, in addition to the outdoor area with balconies, garden, scooter parking and outdoor gazebo. The structure is just newly renovated in Nordic style. It is located a stone's throw from the supermarket, bar, post office and other useful commercial activities. At 50 meters from the bus stop and 500 meters from the FontaCandida metro station which connects the hotel directly to San Giovanni.
