About this apartment

You are traveling to Rome and haven't yet found an interesting place to call home for the next few months. How about this apartment located in Victoria, not far from St. John's University Let's take a look! Costs of water, heating and condominium included. Gas and electricity costs are about are about 50 to 60 euros per month. Weekly cleaning of common areas for a cost of 11 euros per week per person not included in the rent 50 euros for final cleaning please also note that you will be required to pay for variable costs for washing linen provided by the owner. Please note that the landlady may stay in a private area in the lounges from time to time. Accepting tenants up to 30 years old. The landlady provides 3 months contracts that can be renovated. The apartment has three bedrooms, a beautiful living room, two bathrooms and a lovely fully equipped kitchen ready to serve you during your culinary adventures. The available rooms are stylish, colorful and inspiring as they are sure to make you feel at home in no time. Nearby you will find easy access to public transportation and numerous stores, cafes and restaurants where you can-and should-try some of the traditional and delicious Italian dishes! It is imperative for tenants to enquire at the relevant embassies how to have the relevant documents for their stay in Italy. For contractual reasons only tenants coming from EU will be accepted.

Haven't realy seen my landlord but the other 'room'mates are very nice. I talk alot while here and they are realy friendly. The bad thing is. I don't have WIFI in my room so i have to go to the livving room what is OK, But sometimes it's quiet annoying
