Gas and electricity costs are about are about 50 to 60 euros per month. Weekly cleaning of common areas for a cost of 11 euros per week per person not included in the rent 50 euros for final cleaning please also note that you will be required to pay for variable costs for washing linen provided by the owner. Please note that the landlady may stay in a private area in the lounges from time to time. Accepting tenants up to 30 years old. The landlady provides 3 months contracts that can be renovated. More about the contractHaven't realy seen my landlord but the other 'room'mates are very nice. I talk alot while here and they are realy friendly. The bad thing is. I don't have WIFI in my room so i have to go to the livving room what is OK, But sometimes it's quiet annoying
