This bright and spacious apartment is set on the 6th floor of a building with elevator and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom is wide and sunny and offers a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a working desk. The living room features two sofas, a dining table and leads to a fully equipped kitchen. The second bedroom has a French bed and a spacious wardrobe. There are wooden floors throughout the house that also features air conditioning and wifi connection. IMPORTANT: Security deposit and admin fee, for initial and final cleaning, must be transferred to the landlord maximum of two weeks before the move-in date. RENTAL CONDITION: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one week prior to check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied; The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment; Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses, and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform us by giving a notice period of at least 21 days; Check-in time: every day from 3 pm to 9 pm; Check-out time: by 11 am. EXTRA PAYMENT: Once your reservation is confirmed, we will immediately be in touch with you to ask you to pay: the security deposit, equal to a month's rent, and the cleaning fee (cost starting from 175 euros).
