The apartment, recently renovated and furnished in a modern style, consists of 8 rooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a living room, kitchen and a comfortable private balcony. It is located in the central Viale Libia, 200 meters from the metro station in the area served by everything (buses also at night, supermarkets and local market, shops, clubs, banks, post office etc.), 15 minutes walk from the LUISS University. and a short distance from the renowned Villa Ada and Villa Chigi and from SAPIENZA. Villa Ada, with its 180 hectares of land, is the second largest park in Rome by territorial extension, after Villa Pamphili.
