This fully renovated furnished, to a single person no couple independent studio in a peaceful neighbourhood in Rome. Its located just five minutes walking distance from the metro/bus station Cinecittà 20 mins train ride to Termini, and five minutes from Tor Vergata University. The studio offers a private balcony, private kitchen, and air conditioning. You will be completely independent and have a lot of privacy. We offer a regular registered contract. The landlord lives in the apartment next to this studio and it's not possible to host parties in this property.
