Living room with Air Conditioning, two single beds and a sofa, TV, table and chairs. Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, hair dryer and washing machine. Kitchen complete with cooking utensils, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer, mocha coffee maker and American coffee infuser. Independent heating, hot water boiler, iron and ironing board, books. On the 5th floor, with elevator to the floor, only 350 meters from the train station stop “San Pietro” (exit Piazza Stazione San Pietro) which connects to all subways, train stations and airports. You can reach St. Peter's Basilica and Castel Sant'Angelo in just 5 minutes on foot. It is located on a residential street in a quiet and safe area ***** area is also full of restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pubs, stores, supermarkets open 24 hours a day. Strategic location and perfect for experiencing Rome from its center while maintaining a local lifestyle. The admin fee of 100 euros includes final cleaning fees.
