Newly renovated 110 sqm apartment with a terrace in a twentieth century, Baroque style building in a wonderful condominium in the Pinciano (Parioli) neighbourhood. The condominium is located 3.5 km north east of the historic centre of Rome and only a 12 minute walk from Villa Borghese. The condominium has a large garden and there is a 5 minute walk and stairs(30) to do from the entrance to the building to the apartment. Parioli is one of the most elegant and residential neighbourhoods of Rome, not far from the city centre. It is full of high-level restaurants, cinemas, theatres and stores.
