A spacious bedroom with queen size bed with Aloe Vera Memory Foam Mattress, brand-NEW Smart TV 2024, brand-new air-conditioner 2024, fully equipped kitchenette with Microwave oven with grill brand-new 2022, fridge brand-new 2021, private ensuite bathroom with shower, brand-NEW washing machine 2025. 1 towel-1 bedsheet set, basic kitchen supplies and detergents provided, to ensure a wonderful start of your stay. Access also to an ironing board, ironing machine, vacuum cleaner. Nearby restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, market hall, ice-cream shops! All main attractions can be reached easily on foot. Admin fee of 85 euros paid at the check-in and a final cleaning fee of euro 50.
