Please note the security deposit must be paid to the Landlord when the contract is signed. This apartment has been all refurbished and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one is ensuite. It is cozy and completely furnished and equipped linens, kitchen equipment, etc. It is also perfectly located, in a small, quiet street really close to Campo Mártires da Pátria, where you will find a garden, restaurants, cafes... It is also close to Jardim do Torel and Avenida da Liberdade. You dont get more Lisbon than that! Only dogs are permitted.
