Equipped with every comfort, it consists of a double bedroom, a large fully equipped kitchen/dining room with refrigerator, and a bathroom with shower. The flat has been totally renovated and is ideal for a weekend in the city on the banks of the Po because, although far from the centre, it is conveniently served by public transport. Nearby: Villa Maria Pia Clinic, Lungo Po. DESCRIPTION The rent DOES NOT include the following costs: Gas and electricity bills (300 euros per month) Contract registration fee, it corresponds to 2 percent of the total contract value and it starts from 67 euros.
